Join our dynamic team of Service Desk Analysts where every day brings new challenges. As part of our close-knit team, you'll play a crucial role in managing access to the diverse array of applications and systems utilized across our organization. From facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to conducting periodic access reviews, you'll ensure that our company remains at the forefront of efficiency and security.
For the 4th consecutive year we are hosting a 12-weeks ROAR Internship Programme for students to join our highly performing teams across the whole Business!
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Currently undergoing studies in a Maltese institution at MQF levels 5, 6 or 7
- Residing in Malta (no relocation offered)
- Available from 01st July 2024 - 20th September 2024 (fixed dates 12-weeks programme)
- Able to work 30 hours per week
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Provisions, maintains, reviews and removes access/privileges for users.
- Ensure that requests are in line with SLAs and updated efficiently and effectively.
- Works with other departments, providing necessary support for user access issues.
- Responsible for identifying and delivering improvements to the knowledge base, support processes & tools and keeping it up to date.
- Learn about our Systems to be able to provide support to our users.
- Carrying out basic investigation, gathering of information and troubleshooting.
- Keeping users updated on the status of their support issues.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
