ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for optimizing our sportsbook offerings, analyzing market trends, and enhancing the overall betting experience for our customers. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Managing the event planning process for multiple markets in collaboration with the Marketing and Sportsbook CRM team to design and develop the best Sports localized offers for retention, acquisition, cross-selling, churn prevention, upselling and reactivation.
- Collaborating with the rest of the team and other stakeholders to implement profitability initiatives including but not limited to player profiling, and trading performance evaluations.
- Collaborating closely with our third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure our offering remains up to date for all markets and that all product features are performing as expected.
- Assisting the Sportsbook Tech Team in testing and suggesting new functionalities.
- Evaluating, enhancing and documenting existing or new functionalities, features, and processes.
- Assisting the Sportsbook Operations team by managing projects related to the Free to Play product and Sports Betting Integrity.
- Reporting and presenting operational and marketing activities to different teams and stakeholders.
- Assisting with Sportsbook educational training and workshops with other departments.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
- At least 2 years experience in a Sportsbook-oriented role.
- Passion for sports and sports betting.
- Team player with the willingness to share knowledge and learn.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; another language is a plus.
- Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize effectively and make data-informed decisions
