 Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be contributing to LeoVegas’ payment vendor roadmap and strategy on group level ensuring the best payment method mix for different geographies and various brands. This interesting opportunity comes with a variety of responsibilities, challenges but also mandate and impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Business Development Manager - Payments to realise improvements on the payment setup.
  • Participate in the preparation of launching new markets (market research/analysis, regulatory requirements, mapping regulatory requirements to operational/product needs, benchmark solutions and competitors)
  • Assess and research new solutions in terms of providers and suppliers.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
  • Analysing data and performance regarding Payment products, create according reporting and take action based on the results to maximize payments acceptance.
  • Identify, recommend and deliver improvements to the customer experience.
  • Updating and improving the current PSP processes continually
  • Manage escalation of payment issues with providers, tech support and other departments.
  • Gather feedback from CS/Payment/Risk Teams for further system improvements and assist Product Team with prioritisation
  • Maintain Provider relationships and follow up on performance and metrics 
  • Communicate product changes to all meaningful partners within the company.
  • Lead internal operational projects
  • Maintain documentation of Payment Methods customer experience, transaction administration Payment setup & configuration as well as Provider contacts to ensure that the organisation can be up to date and trained on all Payment Methods.This interesting opportunity comes with a variety of responsibilities, challenges but also mandate and impact.

What else? The more of the below experience the better:

  • 2+ years of Business Development experience preferable within the online payments or gaming industry
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 
  • Advanced experience in interpreting data on payments performance and customer experience analysis
  • Expert-level understanding of the payments ecosystem, including merchant needs, gateways, acquirers, card schemes, payments operations and reporting portals, is preferred
  • Excellent intercultural competences and experience working in diverse teams
  • High degree of integrity, project management experience & organizational skills. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various teams and geographies, often managing different priorities
  • Detail orientated and multi-tasking ability – willing to get into the detail of processes and technology to improve our KPIs and balance multiple in-flight tasks and projects at any one time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills and English language skills (both orally and in writing) are mandatory
