Logitech is seeking a National Account Manager - DMR Channel to join the Sales team.



The Channel Account Manager for CDW is responsible for driving Logitech sales at CDW. This role reports directly to the Head of Channel Sales NSP and works in conjunction with the entire CDW team.

Responsibilities include:   

  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly sales and revenue objectives

  • Managing all assigned resources

  • Defining, implementing, and refining scalable and efficient ways to maximize growth opportunities and share in all of Logitech’s Personal Workspace and Gaming categories

  • Building lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for our Work space solutions

  • Executing meaningfully, promptly, accurately, and reliably – being a ‘gold-standard” vendor partner

  • Reporting and communicating to appropriate constituents within Logitech

  • Building and managing a business, to include:

    • Supporting Account  in developing yearly and quarterly marketing plans to achieve Logitech targets.  Reporting on progress against these plans weekly

    • Supporting the Account in developing and executing Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leadership

    • Developing sales incentives and activities to help drive appropriate results

    • Working cooperatively and harmoniously with the existing Logitech B2B team (Channel and Enterprise) and infrastructure – learning from and leveraging resources where appropriate Creating your own where not

    • Identifying and developing Workspace Roll Out opportunities through relationships with account reps and Logitech Enterprise Reps

In addition to customer facing activities above, the Channel Account Manager  is also responsible for internal Logitech activities, to include:

  • Acting as primary Go-To expert for Account

  • Collaboration w/Logitech Product Management Team

  • Collaboration w/ Logitech Channel Marketing Team

  • Collaboration w/Logitech Distribution Team and Supply chain

  • Managing Sales Bids

  • Pricing:  Bid Processing/Special Pricing Requests

  • Ownership of T&E, Samples and MDF budgets


  • A proven and documented will-to-win balanced with appropriate humility

  • Strong character.  An individual who demands the very best of themselves and is driven to always find ways to improve

  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently, while also appropriately leveraging expertise and resources within our organization

  • A quantifiable record of success in NSP channel sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.  NSP technology/solution sales strongly preferred

  • An expert in the existing NSP organizational structure.  Ability to efficiently and effectively navigate through these channels

  • An existing relationship base with regional sales management in assigned accounts

  • Minimum of 5 years of current NSP sales channel sales

  • Typical NSP business skills to include:

    • Experience with solution-based approach to solving customer requirements and an understanding of complex sales cycles

    • Ability to build consensus throughout multiple levels of organizations, and be adept at developing relationships at all levels

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Working knowledge of as a tool in managing the sales process

    • Advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint


  • Bachelor’s Degree
