The Team and Role:

You will be joining the Global B2B sales team to deliver business critical technology solutions to our global strategic customers.

Location:

  • We proudly support remote work however, to ensure stellar customer service and care, you are located in the states of Washington, Oregon, or California.

The Global Customer Success Manager supports our customers as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products and services.  The CSM is focused on customer onboarding, training of our solution set, and oversees the ongoing customer journey.

  • Lead and manage the post-sales deployments for global accounts. Ensure they are meeting their project deadlines, and success criteria to reach their desired outcomes and max value with Logitech solutions
  • Take responsibility for the customer journey from deployment through renewal/repurchase, and work cross functionally to lead each customer’s successful engagement with Logitech. 
  • Work alongside the Global Account Manager assigned to the account to set strategy and uncover revenue opportunities - specifically service renewals, cross category sales opportunities and upsell & life cycle refresh opportunities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing/escalating technical demands and  coordinating the correct resources to resolve issues
  • Solicit case studies, ROI data, and testimonials from our customers to both validate our value proposition and provide feedback to our product and sales team
  • Develop a deep understanding of Logitech technical solutions and offers to create Best Practices for customer success.
  • Measurements of success include service renewals, account revenue growth/portfolio expansion, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or a related role in a dynamic technology environment
  • Highly organized and process focused
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness across multiple teams, and solve complex customer issues
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with an understanding of situational best practices. Able to communicate with all levels of the organization, including C-Level executives
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to build effective work relationships with various levels and departments of both internal Logitech resources as well as customer resources, influence behavior, and change management to achieve successful outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
  • An understanding of product life cycles and project management
  • Experience with channel purchasing models through distribution
  • Growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Videoconferencing experience
  • Technical Account Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related field

This position offers an annual OTE (base + variable) of typically between $ 93,300 and $ 203,100, dependent on location and experience.
 

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
