JOB PURPOSE:

The Salesforce Marketing Product Owner will lead and coordinate teams working on Salesforce marketing solutions to ensure business and technical requirements are met, unlocking a seamless flow of data from collection to activation, allowing the organization to get the maximum value out of the available data by leveraging the synergies and the capabilities of the platforms. Technical and business leads will report to the Product Owner who will own key design decisions for the implementation of use cases and  system enhancements, having the final say on architectural solution design evolutions and representing the business interests to achieve marketing objectives by using Salesforce stack capabilities.

JOB MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with both functional and technical team leads to spearhead new implementations, rollout use cases, and validate architectural decisions

  • Direct and mediate between IT and business interest to have the final say on the project in order to bring the highest value to the organization

  • Ensure the overall solution is solid, well-integrated within the existing architecture, serving business interest to unlock value creation from Logitech data

  • Coordinate involved people and ensure the project stays on track and milestones are delivered in a timely manner

  • Leverage the Salesforce stack to allow business and technical requirements to be met

JOB REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in leading and running Salesforce MarTech projects

  • Experience in architecture and solution design for Salesforce ecosystems

  • Experience in digital marketing and paid media core concepts

  • Knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules, along with their main functionalities and capabilities, including Personalization

  • Knowledge of Data Cloud main functionalities and capabilities, including high-level concepts of Salesforce Core

  • Knowledge of the MarTech landscape, its technologies and innovations

  • Understanding of both technology for solution design and marketing activation for business value

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in using CDP platform ( Salesforce preferred)

  • Prior experience with marketing segmentation- being able to lead the strategy to interpret customer data and provide solutions to global marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with data mapping, personalization, setting up end-to-end recurring journeys with optimization mechanisms like choosing best outreach channel over a period of time based on previous engagement, setting up A/B tests etc.
