Position at Logitech Sales & Marketing

The Role:

The Marketing Manager is responsible in developing and leading the Logitech brands within the Malaysia market, to drive marketing cases and ROI to all the stakeholders. He/She will work closely with various teams, including Sales, finance, regional category marketing, supply chain, channel partners, etc) to drive and implement our strategies to accelerate Logitech business.

  • Be the brand guardian to all Logitech brand, ensuring all collaterals are adhering to respective brands’ guidelines

  • Strategize, plan, coordinate, execute, and track the marketing plans for all Logitech brands, including budget planning and management, marketing plan development, coordination with various stakeholders (internal and external), execute and lead the marketing programs, and tracking the results vs targeted ROI

  • Lead digital/omni-channel media strategy development in line with country priority and regional direction – social content, messaging, community engagement, etc.

  • Review, measure, evaluate and reporting of all marketing executions vs sales and marketing targets

  • Building strong network with the local traditional and online media, and relevant influencers to amplify the brand to the community

  • Highly sensitive in the trends and community to ensure the brands are in trend and stay relevant                              

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related qualification is nice to have

  •  minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/Marcom

  • Familiar with consumer electronics / Esports Gaming / IT industry is an advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to be able to communicate seamlessly internally and externally

  • Creative thinking, open-minded and problem solving skill

  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Critical thinking, and able to multi-task and work under pressure

  • Strong personality and team player to be able to work with various departments
