Job Description – CAE Trainee 2024应届机械硕士毕业生

Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.

Hours of Work: Full-time.

Job Description:

• This is a 2-year program for CAE trainees. You will have a 2-year contract with the company.

• This job requires a very strong interest in CAE.

• You can get a chance to learn about the CAE like structural, thermal, and acoustic simulations as long as you are interested in it.

Key responsibilities: 

• You will mainly learn and be responsible for the nonlinear static simulations and dynamic simulations of our products like mouse, keyboards, and simulators.

• You will need to use Ansys to build up the FEA models for different kinds of mechanical engineering problems like deformation, strength, fatigue, creep, wear loss, vibration, impact, and so on.  You need to analyze these FEA models, get reasonable conclusions and efficient solutions, make reports, and align with the project team members.

• You will need to analyze the gap between the experimental results and FEA results and give reasonable explanations and suggestions to your project team members.

Person Specification:

• Strong interest in CAE

• Confident, brave, and patient

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree level is a minimum requirement, and a Master’s degree is a plus;

• Have the experience of static and dynamic simulations. 

• Be familiar with any one of the FEA software

• Master the mechanics of materials, theoretical mechanics, and thermodynamics

• Be good at physics, and math;

• Being good at programming is a plus;

• Fluent in both English written and spoken.
