About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who finished their Bachelor studies this year, available to work part-time whilst continuing studies during Master 1 & 2 with a possibility to work full-time during summer break.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. 

The Role:

The France B2B Marketing Apprentice is the driving force behind the success of every key project or program our team seeks to accomplish. Day-to-day, they align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across an audience of key stakeholders. Your mission will be to support the B2B Marketing Manager, France in the implementation of her B2B Marketing strategy.

  • Field and Marketing Planning : support in the execution of marketing plans with partners/resellers (digital marketing, events, newsletters, banners, landing page creation, integrated campaigns) to allow the best ROI at the end of the campaign.

  • Brief, manage and challenge agencies on lead generation and awareness marketing campaigns.

  • Contribution to the monthly B2B newsletter and campaigns (lead nurturing, product launch campaigns).

  • Field Enablement: localize effective field enablement materials, including sales decks, data sheets, case studies, videos, making it easy for the sales team to understand product offerings, buyers, and key positioning.

  • Content Management : managing content for website, brochures and all marketing materials, including case studies and customer testimonials.

  • Measure and report the results of the marketing initiatives, using Salesforce.com and Tableau.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized almost to a fault. You’re who people turn to when they need a detail because you have a track record of being on top of the details.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, corporate environment, presenting yourself professionally to all levels of management.

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

  • Solid time management skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • An interest in the work of field marketers to drive measurable, marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue with our sales teams.

  • Experience managing clients and external vendors. 

  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

Education:

  • Starting Master degree in a related field
