he Role:We are looking for a Kinaxis Senior Analyst with 7+ years’ experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects along with 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response. This role must have strong analytical and RR configuration experience in the following modules Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), Distribution requirement planning , Master production schedule, Demand Planning and Order fulfillment

  • Manage support and execute projects in Supply planning , Demand planning and Order fulfillment business function

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful  completion of project

  • Respond to business users' queries to determine the nature and likely causes of issues

  • Recommend corrective actions to address supply chain management issues

  • Provide alternate workarounds to minimize business interruption

  • Perform application administration functions to sustain system stability and performance

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Strong understanding of Supply planning,  demand planning and order fulfillment processes

  • Should have a experience in configuring  Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Orderfuliment modules  

  • Experience in Authoring Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requested

  • Hand on experience in performance tuning, bug fixing & application upgrade in Kinaxis application

  • Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with Oracle ERP and edge applications

  • Willingness to work in 24X5 shifts. Monitor scheduled tasks, inbound and outbound interfaces

  • Handle all assigned cases within specified SLA response times

  • Require Authoring Level 1 Certification

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective support and resolution of issues

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management will be a plus 

  • Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset

  • Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.

  • Able to set priorities on a continuous basis

  • Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties

Education:

  • Degree in Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)

  • Knowledge of  Supply Chain Business Processes

  • Fluent English
