Your role:

As the B2B Channel Operations Lead you will drive the global channel sales operations strategy for Logitech’s Global Commercial B2B Channel Organization. You will be charged with developing processes, systems reports and analytics which form the foundation of a high velocity sales organization. You will work with sales leadership to build successful, repeatable sales processes and analyze metrics across the customer lifecycle. Your insights will contribute to optimizing pipeline management and conversion and for managing the loyalty of our channel ecosystem by providing the regional teams with insights to continually evolve and improve our partner experience. Your work is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making not just in the channel organization but across all B2B sales, customer success, support, and marketing.   • Provide insights into GTM channel plan by region/country including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure, and performance
  • Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities to improve our channel sales process through optimization and automation of program, forecast MDF and partner onboarding
  • Facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes within the channel sales organization. Foster an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Sales productivity: Develop and action productivity and performance reporting for sales management, individuals and partners
  • Pipeline management: Drive overall effectiveness of channel sales pipeline management, deal registration and partner data hygiene
  • CRM and tooling: Drive the Global Commercial Organization’s CRM strategy as it relates to the channel  and develop discipline of data governance
  • Identify and deploy sales tools and processes that enable better data capture, greater business insights, and more efficient sales and program motions
  • Reporting and analysis: Establish reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions
  • Manage monthly and quarterly business reporting that includes program and sales governance and partner satisfaction and promoter surveys
  • Planning: Manage and support annual channel coverage planning and provide input to sales leadership and finance to set channel sales compensation

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: 

  • 5+ years of sales/business operations experience with a channel organization
  • 2+ years of experience having directly managed Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tools and ancillary tools to optimize channel program and sales management
  • Experienced managing processes such as forecasting, territory and quota setting, and data management; technical depth for a channel organization
  • Experience supporting a global channel-based sales team
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and business tools such as Oracle and Impartner
  • Close attention to detail and diligent review habits with an analytical mindset
  • Driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Experience supporting a channel team through comprehensive program transition, managing and ensuring governance of program including end customer POS reporting
  • Excellent customer service expertise for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Scrappy and entrepreneurial mindset that will do what it takes to drive efficiency and integrity in the way the business is operated

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 91,500 and $ 179,425, dependent on location and experience.

In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
