About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who finished their second year of Bachelor studies this year, available to work part-time whilst continuing studies, full time during summer break and finish a 12-month full-time assignment the following year.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. 

The Role:

The EU B2B Channel Marketing Program Intern is the driving force behind the success of every key project or program our team seeks to accomplish. Day-to-day, they align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across an audience of key stakeholders.

  • Work with the channel marketing teams to help ensure quick and effective activation of their revenue-generating plans to channel partners and direct to end customers. 

  • Break projects into doable actions and clear timeframes.

  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

  • Quickly learn the people and platforms involved in the activation processes and work creatively within those to help us achieve the maximum return on our marketing investments.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedules, and defined budgets.

  • Ensure all parts of an assigned project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates.

  • Communicate consistently with channel marketers on project status.

  • Build best practices over time that allow you to continually reduce time to activation and the resources required.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

  • Provide a quarterly report on proposed process improvements.

  • The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized almost to a fault. You’re who people turn to when they need a detail because you have a track record of being on top of the details.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, corporate environment, presenting yourself professionally to all levels of management.

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

  • Solid time management skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • An interest in the work of field marketers to drive measurable, marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue with our sales teams.

  • Experience managing clients and external vendors. 

  • Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.

Education:

  • Currently in 2nd year of degree in a related field
