About you: 

We are looking to hire talented individuals who finished their Bachelor studies this year, available to work part-time whilst continuing studies during Master 1 & 2 with a possibility to work full-time during summer break.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas, and eager to bring a fresh perspective. 

The Role:

The Marketing Manager Assistant Apprentice is the driving force behind the success of every key project or program our team seeks to accomplish. Day-to-day, they align projects with business goals, construct detailed work plans, manage teams, achieve milestones, and communicate the results across an audience of key stakeholders. Your mission will be to support the Consumer Personal Workspace Marketing Manager in his daily tasks. Fully integrated within the Marketing department, you will support the implementation of our marketing strategy.

  • Document translation for the creation of marketing tools and adaptation of materials with design agencies (banners, product sheets, catalogs).

  • Creation of assets in French for web banners for our key customers.

  • Support in the creation of merchandising tools.

  • Monitoring of PR impacts on launch plans and activities.

  • Assistance in the production of sales support for Sales Representatives.

  • Support of the sales teams on the marketing actions implemented: assistance in drawing up plans, campaign monitoring, reporting, etc.

  • Competitive monitoring of the ranges under load (products, prices, promotions, communication).

  • Support in the creation of reporting tools.

  • Tracking of online/offline execution.

  • Help and support on customers or influencers' events.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • The ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Organized almost to a fault. You’re who people turn to when they need a detail because you have a track record of being on top of the details.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, corporate environment, presenting yourself professionally to all levels of management.

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.

  • Solid time management skills.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in French & English.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • An interest in the work of field marketers to drive measurable, marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue with our sales teams.

  • Experience managing clients and external vendors. 


  • Starting Master degree in a related field
