The Team and Role:
In the role of the Key Account Manager you will be in charge of the development of e-commerce customers by driving quarterly & yearly marketing & sales plans. You will also manage the strategic development of the e-commerce landscape.

Location:

This position will need to be located in Barcelona or Madrid.

- Be accountable for the performance of e-commerce key accounts; identifying and driving growth opportunities and coordinating local activities with internal stakeholders.

- Achieve assigned targets against strategic objectives within the e-commerce channel (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing).

- Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing on business development opportunities and build strong relationships at a senior level within assigned e-commerce customers.

- Successfully implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts.

- Define, manage and monitor investments, control the ROI (return on investment), success parameters and supply chain KPIs.

- Develop quarterly & yearly consumer marketing plans amplified through the cooperation with internal and external partners

- Work closely with Customer Marketing Manager to set up the marketing activities and promo planning

- Track deployed campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.

- Maximize the execution of existing products and upcoming NPIs (new-product-introduction).

- Be an active team member to facilitate the business planning and forecasting processes.

- Work closely with the local sales team to ensure best-in-class online execution.

- Be a Brand Ambassador.

Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

- Extensive account management experience with ideally a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG.

- Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market & online sales processes.

- Analytic, structured and solution oriented person.

- Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.

- Strong financial acumen.

- Knowledge across a range of marketing tools.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.

- Proficiency in English written and spoken.
