Global Talent Manager
The Global Talent Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing scalable and sustainable talent and learning programs for individuals, teams and company-wide programming, whilst ensuring the results are embedded into the fabric of the Logitech culture long-term. As part of a global team of five, the Global Talent Manager will strategically oversee and develop select pillars within our portfolio as well as consult and deliver solutions (training, workshops, leader guidance, etc.) across the full spectrum of Performance Management & People Development.

Develop our talent and leadership philosophy, strategy, and roadmap as a key member of the Talent Management & Development team.
Design, develop, launch and sometimes deliver programs, workshops and initiatives that integrate with our existing portfolio and reinforce our Logitech culture and values.
Measure program outcomes and adjust, build, and reinforce over time based on findings.
Collaborate and partner with our People & Culture business partners to identify talent. needs and craft solutions in a consultative manner from diagnosis, facilitation & delivery, through measuring outcomes and then further adjusting programs over time based on findings.
Consult and advise business leadership and managers on talent strategies, people development, leadership and organizational development to enhance leadership capabilities.
Work closely with the People Services Team to build out our Learning Management System, performance management tools, and reporting in Workday.
Evaluate, select and manage external partners and vendors.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
You have over 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Performance Management, Training, Organizational Development, or a related area of Human Resources.
You thrive in environments that require a consultative approach, where you can craft creative solutions yet hold true to the need for systems and processes. You can be scrappy and quick when needed, yet mindful of the bigger picture and need to move beyond one-off solutions.
You easily partner with all areas of People & Culture and bring an understanding of the different expertise your colleagues have to offer.

You enjoy building solid relationships with various business groups and clearly linking talent solutions with the business’ goals and outcomes.

You bring experience designing and delivering training programs that are known for being innovative, engaging and outside the box.

You are a high context, frequent communicator across all levels of the organization and look beyond hierarchy.
Fluent spoken and written English, with strong writing skills.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Fluent in multiple languages, most preferably English plus: French, German, Mandarin and/or Spanish.
Experience working with at least 2 global regions
Ability and willingness to travel globally (within reason and with timing that works for your personal situation)
Previous work with companies/organizations in stages of high-growth and/or organizational transformation.
