The Role:

The Logitech G Pro Series and Esport Category and Global Category Marketing Team is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to lead this most exciting and fastest growing category of Logitech G across the 4Ps (from branding and marketing strategy, portfolio development to channel management and implementations) to drive revenue growth and consumer engagement across global 6 regions.
This position involves working with global Business Group, GCO GTM team, Global finance team and leading the communication with all 6 regional teams for implementing in the local markets on Digital marketing, trade marketing, campaigns in order to define the optimal strategy, priorities and plans to maximize business opportunities.

  • Developing and managing relationships with esports teams and communities within Europe.

  • Build strategies to integrate professional gamers and organizations in Logitech G programs in close collaboration with the global head of esports.

  • Execute global campaigns and build content strategy/campaigns to tell our esports story in Europe.

  • Build influencer structure, develop & execute Logitech G Challenge, the world's biggest eRacing competition.

  • Drive initiatives & diversity with esports players and organizations in authentic and positive ways.

  • Communicating the Logitech G story and partnerships across various channels.

  • Coach & engage daily with local markets to help get Logitech G gear in the hands of top athletes.

Your Skills:

  • Experience developing marketing programs from inception through execution.

  • Experience in esports, game publishers or esports related companies on a global level is required 

  • Deep understanding of esports and how to build effective gaming communications.

  • Capable to work closely with cross-functional teams and brands within the regional structure.

  • The ability to analyze competitor strategies and innovate on best practices.

  • Strong organizational and program management skills.

  • Experience working with and managing external agencies.

  • Ready to lead groups and the ability to interact with partners.

  • Ability to use quantitative data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and marketing activities.

  • Self-motivated, passionate, and high energy level.

  • Fluent in English is a requirement.
