Head of Program Management Global Brand Equity Marketing
The role is responsible for the design and delivery of programs and projects related to Creative Production and Technical Web experience and other such programs/projects in the GBE/Global Marketing organization.
It reports to the CMO and encompasses the subfunctions of Project Management, Systems Design/Maintenance, and Contractor Management. By managing these three areas synergistically, the role:
Supports the delivery of all projects pertaining to
Ensures existing systems are maintained and new systems instantiated, including workflow management and assets management systems
Provides finance the data to effectively manage the departmental operating expense budget on a quarterly and yearly basis (with the Personnel side being overseen by P&C)
Give direction, guidance and support to the Team Leads for Creative Production and Technical Web experience -- project management, such that the teams grow in capabilities, expertise, and efficiency and are able to recruit, train, and retain new talent as needed
Manage “core operations” team which is responsible for maintaining any system used in the production, storage, or deployment of assets created by the department, physical plant support, and software issuance and maintenance for department staff
Maintain a financial tracker to record both departmental and project spend such that the department Finance Lead has the data to model current and future quarter projections, allocate and reallocate budget as circumstances dictate, and allow senior management the ability to plan major allocations across fiscal years
Meet with and mentor departmental leads to ensure departmental goals are being pursued and achieved
Monitor departmental spend along with department finance contact to ensure spend aligns with quarterly OpEx/CapEx budgets
Regularly review systems status with the core system manager to assess systems functionality and ability to support departments current and evolving needs
Ensure staff has adequate support for physical work environments, whether remote or in office, and equipment and software to execute their job functions
7+years in similar operations roles
Strong preference for background in managing project management teams
Solid experience working with Finance department or previous experience as a Department Controller
In depth knowledge of Workfront workflow management system
Proven track record of instantiating new systems from requirements gathering, though RFI, RFP, and vendor selection process.
Examples of system instantiation in conjunction with IT department
Strong track record creating, maintain, and improving Excel/Google sheets
In depth experience with Google software suite
Ability to cogently express yourself both verbally and through writing

High capacity and ability to anticipate, plan, but pivot and (re)act quickly
Ability to architect effective and efficient systems which produce desired outcomes, whether those systems prociplay use software, people, or a hybrid mix
Diplomacy and ability to interact with senior management to advise on strategic options and tradeoffs in a world of infinite desires and limited resources
Team building and team leading ability which allows subordinates a chance to grow in their positions while retaining and promoting key talent
Ability to manage the “big picture” by processing lots of minutia to identify inflection points where change management is best initiated
4 Year college degree (BA/BS) or equivalent life/job experience
