Job Description

  • Handling data protection responsibilities for entities, brands and markets being operated under the framework of the LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group, as may be assigned from time to time by the Group Head of Privacy;
  • Assisting the Group Head of Privacy and working in close collaboration on all relevant data protection aspects with DPOs and other team members;  
  • Performing data protection due diligence on business partners and conduct the relevant onboarding, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating data protection agreements or terms as may be required;
  • Draft and review of privacy policies, privacy notices or cookies policies for the Group or partners as may be required;
  • Draft and review of internal procedures and policies with respect to personal data and GDPR compliance;
  • Conduct of data protection related research and providing insights to the team;
  • Participation in company’s projects (incl.  M&As) from a personal data protection perspective;
  • Contributing to the overall privacy program and strategy of the Group as directed by the Group Head of Privacy;
  • Provision of assistance and advice regarding data subjects’ requests;
  • Provision of assistance and advice regarding customers’ complaints in the field of data protection;
  • Liaison with supervisory authorities;
  • Managing, advising, or assisting with impact assessment and privacy audits.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Law, Information Technology or any other discipline relevant to the protection of personal data
  • At least 1 year of previous experience, including provable experience in the field of data protection
  • Experience in new technologies, marketing, iGaming would be considered an asset
  • Proven record of interest and qualification in the data protection field (e.g. publications, certifications, diplomas, participation in conferences/seminars) is desirable
  • Energetic and willing to learn within a growth-oriented organisation
  • Ready to take up responsibilities and grow in the role, including to act as DPO in future
  • Able to take direction and also take full ownership of the responsibilities assigned including taking initiative to learn new processes as they arise
  • Confident working alone as well as with others
  • Uphold a high standard of work ethic, always ensuring to complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner
