ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Games Delivery Team Lead to join our industry leading Casino Team. This role is responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of Games Testers & Specialists. The position is key to ensuring the efficient delivery of Casino RNG games across all our brands & markets. The Team Lead will liaise with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and successful execution of gaming projects and initiatives. We seek an individual who is process oriented, passionate about driving continuous improvement, and thrives in the fast-paced environment that is the Casino gaming industry.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Driving the growth and development of a team of Games Testers & Specialists, ensuring their proficiency in delivering top-notch Casino games across all brands.
- Encouraging a culture of self-motivation and proactive approaches towards managing workloads and projects within the team.
- Ensuring the efficient execution of game releases in accordance with compliance requirements, thereby maintaining alignment with Casino Games roadmaps.
- Initiating and leading efforts enhancing team performance, collaborating with cross-functional departments and stakeholders fostering a culture of improvement.
- Reporting on daily business operations, ongoing projects, and compliance areas, giving insights for the Casino Games Delivery Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with Games Sourcing and Games Performance Optimization on various projects and initiatives related to Games Delivery.
- Establishing clear goals and providing guidance to the team to drive continuous progress and development within the business.
- Proactively identifying and addressing the needs of the team, implementing necessary improvements to enhance overall team performance.

Essential skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Expert knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the iGaming industry.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Nice to have skills:
- Previous product knowledge experience.
