We are looking for a Team Lead that will help us to build up and lead our new Payments development team.

As Team Lead of our Payments development team you will be working with a team of 10 developers alongside a fellow Team Lead as part of our Payments Product & Tech organisation also including product and business development focused colleagues. You will be part of the management team of the organisation and report to the Director Payments Product. Together we will build up an organisation with the vision of providing an industry leading experience, defined by high convenience for our customers and low cost for the group supported by the LeoCulture framework.

What you will do:

  • Take part in recruiting & onboarding new developers to the team
  • As a team effort, taking ownership of the product and securing it is always state of the art from a functional and technical perspective.
  • Actively support the team delivering according to our product roadmap, providing them guidance & steering but also enable focus and remove impediments where needed
  • Coach & mentor the team to support their growth & development
  • Inspire knowledge sharing and collaboration  through workshops, meetings, and team activities.
  • Inspire a good climate for new innovative ideas(technology, features or ways of working).
  • Foster a culture of embracing change and agility
  • Continuously seek to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the team and implement a data driven approach to prioritisation

Working Hours: 

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 2 days working from home per week and 3 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
