The role:

As our Employer Branding Specialist for Product & Tech you will, with our skilled Talent Acquisition professionals (based in Stockholm, Newcastle & Poland) work on developing & delivering an employer branding experience like no other!

What you will do:

  • Alongside our Talent Acquisition Lead, analyse the needs of the Product & Technology business to fully understand our Strategic Workforce Planning so we can create our target groups & devise how/where we attract them in the best way.
  • Responsibility over running our social media campaigns. Analysing results and tweaking the campaigns to increase ROI & overall engagement.
  • Work with engineers to understand how to build strong relationships with external networks around passive candidates, create exciting stories and content that inspires future potentials through (but not limited to) social media, blogging, our career page, external networks and other digital communication channels.
  • Work alongside our Product/Tech leaders & engineers to be the mastermind around Employer Branding related projects & events.
  • Promoting and strengthening LeoVegas’ position as an employer of choice within the Swedish/UK & Polish tech industry.
  • Work with our TA lead, Head of Finance & Head of HR to budget annually.
  • Monitor Employer Branding developments and trends in the market and go one better!

Who are we looking for?:

  • Previous experience in writing social copy, email campaigns, and blog posts for distribution across multiple channels and geographies.
  • A passion for creative writing, storytelling, developing unique, original content for a global audience.
  • Previous experience in creating a best-in-class employer brand and the ability to create a strong social presence and followership highly beneficial.
  • Someone who is naturally structured and is able to project initiatives from end to end.
  • We’re open on experience level. Either previous experience in an employer branding position or a graduate from a branding or marketing course.
  • As you’ll be focused on the Swedish organisation, while working in an international environment; you need to be confident in both English and Swedish.

Working Hours:

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 3 days working from home per week and 2 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
