What you will do:

  • Be the point of contact with the Technical Services Bureau and with any business critical third parties as required
  • Be the main point of contact for compliance related queries, and hold any required roles from an AML perspective
  • Proactively review products and features against applicable compliance requirements
  • Provide interpretation and guidance on Technical Compliance requirements to internal stakeholders
  • Steer projects and initiatives into compliance
  • Lead technical audit activities related to American markets
  • Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as best practices
  • Review and maintain technical policies and Internal Controls to ensure they are up to date with all relevant rules, laws and regulations and that proper procedures are in place.
  • Providing internal training on technical compliance as needed.
Who are we looking for?:
  • 3+ years of experience in technical compliance roles within iGaming
  • Understanding of industry best practice standards and requirements.
  • Understanding of the B2B/B2C iGaming business and compliance framework.
  • Experience with North American/US gaming regulations is a must.
  • Understanding of online gaming regulatory and legislative framework (Globally).
  • Experience working on the online Casino vertical.
  • Understanding games set-up and products, IT development processes, system infrastructure components and integrations with external systems.
  • Understanding or experience on change management processes
  • Understanding or experience on games, systems and physical devices certification and audits.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in product and games equipment analysis
  • Availability to travel as required

Working Hours:

LeoVegas has a hybrid working environment with 2 days working from home per week and 3 days working from the office as we want to give our employees flexibility to structure their work week while at the same time being able to provide information, team practices and social activities.
