What will you do?

We are looking for a Product Manager with a strong passion for product led growth within the customer onboarding domain. Your mission will be to identify opportunities to smoothen the e-KYC flow, improve the customer onboarding, and maximize the conversion, while at the same time inspiring and enabling other teams to do the same.

As our Product Manager for Customer Onboarding  you will,

  • Develop a product vision and strategy for the customer onboarding domain
  • Build an in-depth understanding of our customers, including their needs and what motivates their behaviors; combine that with experiments to develop the right products 
  • Own the product backlog to make sure that the products you develop bring value to our customers and increase the conversions.
  • Optimize conversion in the sign-up and verification processes
  • Define product success metrics, set and evaluate targets in collaboration with the team
  • Detail development requirements and design solutions for Customer Onboarding
  • Estimate and scope activity work load along with development teams
  • Proactively reach out to the compliance function and other stakeholders in the organization to make sure all the legal and operational requirements are met, interpreted in the right way and developed
  • Manage KYC solution vendors across multiple markets to elicit specifications and requirements for the technical implementation
  • Read, interpret and assess technical documentation (API etc.)
  • Develop documentation to support the business functions

Who we are looking for?:

  • You have several years of experience leading hypothesis-driven product development efforts at a user-focused digital product company all the way from strategy to delivery, release and follow up
  • You have played a key role in moving teams and organizations towards a data driven approach
  • You know how to translate quantitative data, A/B-testing results and qualitative insights into informed product decisions and roadmaps and communicate this to the company as a whole
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details and a customer value-driven mindset
  • A good sense for architecture and journey design, to successfully contribute to requirement and design discussions
  • You need to excel in stakeholder management and have great communications and coordination skills – both within the team and with other teams

Working Hours:

We are currently working 1-2 days from the office and rest is work from home.
