At LeoVegas we want to incorporate Change Management into our CI/CD-tooling and agile workflows to allow for a great deal of automation and better capture the scope of our changes. Meanwhile we also need to adapt to new regulations and requirements and incorporate those into our processes in a non-intrusive way. In this role you will need to be able to provide robust processes to be compliant but with an agile mindset. 

As Change Manager you will be responsible and involved in procedures and processes such as Change Management, Validating/Testing, Deployment and Release. You work closely with Project  Managers, Technical Contact Persons and the Compliance team.

Role Responsibilities

On a daily basis you will guide and support your technical colleagues to assess and approve change requests originating from different departments. 

You will 

  • Follow, review and support the ChM procedures originating from the ChM policy
  • Own and develop the ChM processes
  • Educate and support the teams in their daily work with change requests
  • Drive the development of technical tooling for Change Management to support the organization
  • Stay up to date with changing regulations and make sure our processes are compliant
  • Provide the Compliance team with reports and other required information when requested
  • Participate in both, internal and external, audits for the Change Management area


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role dealing with Change or Process Management
  • Knowledge about common change management frameworks (ITIL, ISO20000, etc.)
  • Acquainted with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (Jira, git, etc.)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of common gaming regulations (SGA, DGA, AAMS, UKGC, etc.) is beneficial
