Due to our continued growth, we're now looking for a Key Account Manager Sportsbook to join our high performing team.


As the Key Account Manager Sportsbook you will be:

  • Implement the Sports VIP strategy within the company, working closely with the Sports marketing team
  • Maximize return on investment while keeping in line with compliance requirements at all times
  • Responsible for Sports VIP base growth focusing on new players retention and reactivation
  • Develop an understanding on how to increase the growth of Sport VIP action using both internal and 3rd part segmentation
  • Closely monitor bonus cost and profit/loss on the Sports VIP segment across market
  • Responsible for monitoring allocated budgets and that Sport is given the right attention
  • Representing the KAM department in the CRM planning process together with relevant KAM
  • Feed into the VIP event planning process for Sports events to ensure that they are as relevant as possible
  • Identify new opportunities related to maximize the Sports VIP player base retention
  • Helping KAM maintain relationships with key players to ensure the highest level of retention through knowledge of customers, player behaviors, interests and dislikes when it comes to Sport
  • Ensure that all tasks executed respect the company’s compliance processes
  • Work closely with many internal teams and managers but be the main link between the Sport and KAM team
  • Responsible for being the go-to-guy in day to day queries, requests and complaints related to Sport and ensuring that right and relevant answers given to Sport VIP
  • Mentor and support KAM staff in day-to-day tasks and queries related to sports where needed.

Our perfect Candidate has:

  • You have previous experience working with High Value Sports players in the Igaming industry
  • You are passionate and have a vast understanding of Sports.
  • You are positive, creative, data & results-driven and have a curious mind.
  • Strong analytical and investigation skills.
  • You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues while enjoying a dynamic and creative environment – Whilst also capable of working independently.
  • A personality that is always willing to give our players the best possible service.
  • Excellent planning and time organization skills and of course - superb attention to detail.
