The LogiCares intern will help the Community & Advocacy team by building out Logitech's Skills-Based Volunteering Program. Partnering with the talent development team and supplier diversity, the goal is to create volunteer activities that not only help our communities, but help expose our employees to different leadership and project management opportunities. The Intern may also be asked to help research nonprofit organizations and best practices regarding DEIB grantmaking. Additionally, the intern will participate in different C&A projects/events, such as Pride, that takes place over the summer or preparing for an event in October for "Pro Bono Month."

Assist the Community & Advocacy team with building and implementing the Logitech Skills-Based Volunteer Program
Be the critical lead on the development of the program's guidelines and structure, ensuring the use of employee engagement best practices
