HRIS & Insights Analyst (Kraków)
We are looking for an exceptional HR Information Systems & Insights Analyst to join our global People Services team and be part of our continuing growth and transformation.
People Services was set up at the beginning of 2018 to centralise the administration of Logitech’s people data and process and is now embarking on the next stage of transformation, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Self-service, Analytics and process re-engineering. This is the role for someone with a strong HRIS background which combines an understanding of HRIS/data processes with a real appreciation for driving data analysis and insights for proactive decision making.
The role will report to the People Services Information Systems & Insights Manager. As an HR Information Systems & Insights Analyst, you will be part of our HRIS team working to triage and address incoming requests, perform analysis/testing/support, and develop new features in Workday. You will assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s policies and procedures related to the administration of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support the long- and short-term business goals. Delivers automated HR solutions to the business to improve employee experience, deliver new capabilities, and drive efficiencies. Provides HR and leadership with ongoing consultation on processes, tools and insights, which facilitate the administration of quality and timely data.
You will serve as a subject matter expert in business process management, report writing, data management, data extraction and integration liaison between vendors and IT. The role collaborates with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, Finance and IT to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the business within Workday. For this role, we seek a results-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate professional with a proven history of delivering high quality Workday solutions.
In this role you will be responsible to:
Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.
Take the lead in HRIS team projects/integrations through execution of testing, data loads, etc.
Configure and implement business process upgrades and enhancements, lead testing and data validation, and ensure that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners and technical teams to gather and define requirements, provide recommendations through a consultative approach, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption.
Create, review and participate in functional and regression testing for all system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance—including bi-annual Workday releases and new system features.
Identify the communication of changes and benefits to end users required to support changes.
Partner with all areas of HR to create, edit and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards.
Train internal HR operations team members as needed.
Participate actively in the Workday Community, propose and advocate for improvements to the Workday solution, and build a network of peers to best-practice-share with
Proactively monitor new features released by Workday and advocate for appropriate adoption plans
For consideration, you should bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years HRIS experience, with minimum 3+ years hands-on Workday experience and HR Data Analytics experience.
Strong knowledge of Workday Absence management, Compensation, Talent management, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, On-Boarding, Workday Security, Reports, custom reports, calculated fields, & Dashboard creation.
Experience in Applicant Tracking systems such as JobVite
Advanced knowledge of Workday best practices and how to effectively translate into realistic business processes
Demonstrated ability to distil complex information into consumable formats and effectively present to different audiences
Experience working with a global company and sensitivity to cultural differences
Ability to think proactively, identify problems and solutions, and exhibit a high level of self-initiative
Experience working with an issue management system (ex. Jira) is a plus
