HR Programs & Knowledge Manager
We are looking for an exceptional Programs and Knowledge Manager to join our global People Services team and be part of our continuing growth and transformation.
People Services was set up in 2018 to centralise the administration of Logitech’s people data and process and is now embarking on the next stage of transformation, including strong partnering, project and portfolio management, change management and process re-engineering. This is the role for someone with a strong HR operations background which combines an understanding of data processes with a real appreciation of generalist HR.
As People Services Programs and Knowledge Manager, you will play a key role in building and leading a team of program and knowledge leads in driving transformation and employee experience, along with overseeing program and knowledge management to deliver a portfolio of projects and transformations. You will bring an understanding and expertise in global change management to support & build capability in managing and delivering the portfolio of programs.
In this role, you will evolve how we manage and deliver programs across the People and Culture portfolio with a focus on employee-centric design, leveraging process re-engineering, technology & automation to grow at scale. You will develop deep expertise with People Services and will partner with People and Culture leaders to design and deliver People and Culture programs and services. This role requires a hands-on, detailed approach.
The role will report to the Head of People Services Operations & Programs & will play a key role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget, focusing on the business processes and employee experience, while ensuring alignment to the People & Culture strategy. You will lead and/or be a critical member of cross-functional teams to drive and innovate across process and policy design, content creation, testing, implementation, operations and support of new People and Culture tools and services.
Coordinate and prioritise the activity of the People Services team around key operational programs and knowledge management
Closely collaborate with our partners to define strategy, goals and commitment to ensure projects are effectively delivered and sustained
Develop a scalable foundation for program management to formalise and mature our operational efficiency
Direct & manage the full project lifecycle and management of change, setting standards & ensuring compliance to legal & company guidelines
Oversee the effective delivery of key programs including, but not limited to, Annual Compensation Planning, Global Mobility and Knowledge Management
Facilitate project scoping & priority setting discussions for complex changes, engaging key stakeholders as required
Support direct reports in shaping & implementing efficient & effective processes & adoption of best practice throughout the project lifecycle
Drive regional and People and Culture process optimisation, while balancing the business need for flexibility and mandated localisation
Ensure full understanding of customer requirements; identifying, evaluating & recommending solutions to deliver an excellent employee experience
Drive a quality and continuous improvement mindset to develop and introduce measures to define progress and measure success, establishing reports and key performance indicators to aid planning and realise returns on investment
Develop communications framework to ensure stakeholders are kept up-to-date and aware of project / program launches and opportunities for collaboration
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviours to our team:
Global HR experience, collaborating with cross-functional and multi-regional teams
Real, proven project management of complex, cross-functional initiatives, using data and metrics to determine improvements across multiple locations
Knowledge of project management methodologies & proficient in the use of project management tools & frameworks
Demonstrated leadership ability and proactive partnership skills across functional teams to influence decision making & ownership
Results & quality driven, with a strong service orientation to develop & deliver outstanding work
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and fun environment
5-7+ years of a strong HR background in a fast-paced environment with responsibility for driving and implementing HR strategies and business solutions
An understanding of HRIS (preferably including Workday) and data processes with a real appreciation of generalist HR processes and service delivery. The ideal candidate will have specific grounding in compensation & benefits
Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree or equivalent preferred, with a proven track record of making a significant impact in a relevant project / change management role
Preferred location is Cork, however, we are open on location for the right person.
