B2B Channel Manager

Build and implement channel development and revenue plans & strategies that are consistent with the overall revenue and growth targets for Logitech B2B business.

Ensure alignment of the channel strategy with the sales teams; understand the direct sales coverage models and strategies; know the sales focuses in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage.

Manage B2B T1 distributors and drive the expansion of channel partnership onboard to the B2B business ecosystem.

Work and collaborate closely with B2B Sales and Marketing colleagues to develop best-in-class strategies to grow Logitech B2B in the channel.

Accelerate the growth of B2B channel business by identifying, onboarding and supporting strategic channel partners.

Align internally and collaborate with distributors for building and driving value-add services for the distributors to provide support and guidance to channel partners.

Ensure that T1 Distributors and reseller partners leverage Logitech’s tools and participate in B2B Channel campaigns and training programs.

Stay keen on acquiring in-depth knowledge of the Logitech B2B product & services portfolio, industry trends, and competition. 

Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue and sales/distributor/reseller account mapping.

Weekly/ad-hoc review and management of Channel business progresses (Sell-in, Sell-thru, Sell-out via T1 distributors and resellers).


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

Expert level in written and verbal communication skills.

+5 years of experience in channel sales. Strong experience in indirect and direct sales.

Proven record of successfully engaging in large corporate reseller accounts & IT distribution.

Must have worked in a Channel Sales/Development capacity in a rapidly growing company that achieved successful outcomes.

Highly confident in co-selling with partners to close sales opportunities and interact with direct sales on the partner engagement model.

Experiences in managing channel sales/deal opportunities via CRM tool(s) - experiences with Salesforce.com (SFDC) is a plus.

Intermediate or higher English spoken/written level is a plus.
