About you

We are looking to hire talented individuals who are enrolled into Bachelor studies and available to work part-time during term time and full time during summer breaks.

You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organised, with excellent communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective. Passionate about the tech industry and with strong command of English.

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Personal Workspace Europe Marketing Manager on marketing specific duties. This position will also work very closely with the local marketing managers, cross functional teams and category teams to deliver best in class product launches, superior campaigns and clear communication to leadership teams.

In this role you will:

  • Support the quarterly marketing planning process by: 

    • Uncovering new trends and insights 

    • Setting up new marketing templates & excel sheets

    • Providing content for future quarters (i.e. seasonal campaigns)

  • Coordinate NPI (New Product Introduction) email updates with best practice sharing

  • Resource for consumer insights - data pulling from tools like GWI for specific markets. 

  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, DTX sales, market share, etc...)

  • Manage/support personal workspace partnerships - (ex. Adobe & Calm) Redemption reporting, quarterly email, website updates, etc..

  • Assist in the preparation of specific marketing presentations - huddle meetings, LT meetings, campaign updates, etc…

  • Act as a point person for NPI assets - responsible for coordinating all translations, requesting the right assets and reporting back to the Global Commercial Organisation.

  • Deploy digital media tracker & fulfillment by the local marketing managers.

Your Skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for marketing, communications or similar field.

  • Must have a passion for marketing.

  • Familiar with Google Suite.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

  • Consumer first approach - be able to understand and articulate our consumer segments

  • Team player – great communicator with ability to easily connect with various stakeholders.

  • Open Mindset, willing to challenge status quo

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
