Business Development Manager, Europe. Blue Microphones


We are looking for an energetic & driven Business Development Manager, Europe for Blue Microphones with key customers across Europe to expand our business in an exciting and dynamic industry.
In this high profile and challenging role, you will be responsible for both the strategy and the development of our new business initiatives with customers across Europe driving primarily our strategy for Streamers & Creators.

  • Be accountable for the performance of select Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for strategic objectives.

  • Identify and onboard new accounts to drive the expansion of our strategy for Streamers & Creators

  • Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.

  • Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key initiatives.

  • Coordinate and execute Local/Pan country campaigns with your selected accounts.

  • Set up a quarterly/yearly forecast, key metrics activity and execution plan.

  • Possess a deep understanding of e-tail & online sales processes.

  • Monitor and manage the execution of activities by measuring and reporting on activity and campaign results.

  • Be a Brand Ambassador.

  • Develop and provide training, product demonstrations, and microphone test 

  • Drive events with partners and resellers as needed

  • Cross collaboration with marketing to facilitate proper integration of brand, product information on distribution websites, and channel partner listings


  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

  • Extensive Business Development & Key Account Management experience in consumer electronics, Music Industry or FMCG

  • Excellent negotiation skills.

  • Fluent in English / (additional German or French knowledge is beneficial)

  • Preferably track record selling into Professional and Music Products Industry channel. 

  • Analytic, structured, highly driven, and solution-oriented person.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to build strategic relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Financial acumen.

  • Ability to drive and coordinate projects.

  • Travel required across region (Post-Covid)
