The Role:

We are hiring an Account Executive who will support to develop and maintain the relationship between Logitech and assigned customers in the retail and e-tail space.  The person will primarily be identifying opportunities, securing execution of marketing activities and driving commercial aspects for all relevant categories and resellers to achieve own and regional revenue targets. To be successful, you must be super analytical, very r(e)tail commercially minded with a “yes we can” mentality, and a hunger to perform.

This is a right role for a person hungry to learn and achieve - whether you already have some experience in sales or just recently graduated and starting your career in the industry - we are looking for a bright personality, motivated by combination of account management, relationship building and analytical responsibilities to join our successful Nordics team.

This person will be key for securing all agreed activities are being executed according to plan, tracking performance and understanding "why". This role will be responsible for:

  • Understanding the current process and process gaps

  • Assortment optimization at partner

  • Analyzing weekly performance and identifying potential tactical changes

  • Being on top of an outstanding online and in store execution

  • Supporting Forecast and plan business together with Partner

  • Secure that needed inventory levels are kept

  • Together with the supply chain manage Backlog, and address potential risks and opportunities.

  • Building a strong business relationship with Partner.

  • Planning product launch execution

  • Reviewing commercial offers and performance

  • Excellent Product launches

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • We are open to consider junior level candidates with up to 3 years of sales/sales related experience

  • Strong commercial awareness and attitude

  • Passion about tech industry and products

  • Excellent ability to multitask: manage multiple brands, products and customers at the same time

  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills

  • Mother tongue in a Scandinavian language and fluent in English - please submit your CV in English

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet skills

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

Education:

  • Preferably Bachelor level degree within Sales and Marketing, or work experience in commercial function
