 The Role:

We are looking for a Head of Digital Sales to partner with our business customers to define, develop, and drive sales and revenue growth across the entire Logitech product line, focused within the North American (NAM) B2B organization. You will oversee sales and forecasting as well as collaborate across the business to identify and implement new strategies and initiatives to upsell and cross-sell non-VC products to our global, midmarket, and SMB business customers.

  • Create, implement, and lead digital sales strategies for the cross-sell, upsell, of all B2B products targeting Video Conferencing accounts in North America

  • Coach and manage the development and success of several Digital Sales teams including the Business Development Specialists team members, and Mid Market Sales teams - developing employee centric career training, upskilling and training initiatives

  • Develop and collaborate on marketing initiatives that will generate new business opportunities, new revenue, and long-term customers for Logitech

  • Leverage your expertise in data analysis and business intelligence to uncover new targeted opportunities in our customer base. Develop propensity models with the marketing sciences team to enhance precision on prospecting efforts

  • Operationalize a process-oriented forecasting cadence across your business that leads to predictable revenue projections and firm forecast commitments

  • Develops policies and procedures that support the functional regional infrastructure

  • Take a hands-on approach that includes a high degree of personal interaction with your team and our business partners to define processes, build campaigns, and exceed sales and revenue targets while meeting directly with customers

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Significant years in senior leadership positions for sales, direct or inside

  • Previous leadership experience in leading a direct quota carrying team in a technology environment

  • Previous experience in building new teams, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and scaling large sales teams

  • Proven track record and experience working with and managing CRM tools, lead generation programs, and sales cycle management processes

  • Track record of success as a sales leader exceeding revenue goals at a high growth, technology company

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing or collaborating across global sales organizations

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to manage both up and down internally

  • Passion for building a world class employee and customer experience, owning change management and organizational communications

  • A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth, and new business models

  • Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying/capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell and upsell

  • Strong analytical and business acumen with experience maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics and ROI both to deliver results and formulate strategy

  • Hands-on approach and willingness to do what is needed to support and guide your teams and drive the business forward with speed and flexibility

  • An innovation and inclusive mindset. Create a strong, inclusive culture and be willing to try new things, make bets, and take calculated risks for the purpose of growing revenue

  • A previous record of motivating and influencing individuals to come together as one team, lead and win

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Experience managing culturally and geographically diverse sales teams, across North America

  • Multi-segment experience preferred, including Global/Enterprise and SMB segment sales leadership experience

  • Experience with SFDC as a forecasting and analytics tool, along with other marketing and sales integrated technology solutions to drive execution and success


  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred as is a Master’s degree in Business or other relevant fields is a plus
