AP Digital Media Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Global Media for Logitech’s Video Collaboration Commercial Organization the AP Digital Media Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally to support the development of media strategies, program creative, reporting documentation and testing frameworks to support both global and regional initiatives.

Drive integrated multi-channel digital marketing programs in the AP Region to optimize the customer experience across the lifecycle journey from discovery, consideration, evaluation, nurture, purchase, adoption to retention
Collaborate with AP Region marketing leads to identify & meet lead volume and conversion objectives, evaluate campaign results and optimize performance.
Oversee end-to-end implementation of digital programs and ad development process including ad copy, content, design, landing page creation and localizations in partnership with cross-functional teams
Apply a rigorous test-and-learn optimization methodology through A/B and market testing and develop strategy recommendations based on data-driven insights. Includes ability to interpret marketing campaign data to draw out key insights to influence campaigns in partnership with business analytics teams.
Drive the day to day project management, operations & execution between external agencies and internal teams
Work closely with marketing operations to manage attribution and reports by conversions, lead source, ROI by Channel, Cost Per Lead, and more
Analyze performance WoW/QoQ/YoY and collate reports connecting media results to campaign and revenue goals
Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and key agency partners that will be responsible for creative development and execution
Minimum 3-4 years marketing/digital media experience
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a business, marketing, or communications field
Experience across performance marketing channels (SEM, Programmatic Display, Retargeting Native, Paid Social, etc.)
Agency Experience a plus
Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple projects while focused on key priorities
Proficient in B2B marketing technology tools such as Marketo, SFDC, Conversica, Tableau, etc.
Willingness to work with global teams across multiple geographies and time zones
