The Role:

The Lead of Service Contract Management will own the delivery and development of operational processes enabling a consistent and seamless access to Logitech paid Services to global business customers in our Video Conferencing business line. Managing a team of specialists and working closely with a range of functions including distribution partners, customer support and various IT groups, this role offers a great deal of experience and exposure to the successful candidate.

  • Deliver reliable and scalable contract management for Logitech paid services

  • Lead, through your expertise in the field, a nimble and highly-motivated team while also being a doer and running your own projects

  • Drive operational efficiencies, interfacing with various internal and external stakeholders 

  • Expand team’s scope to support Logitech’s growth and ambition in services 

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a service team in a fast evolving organisation

  • 5+ years expertise in service contract management in the IT services industry such as license management of cloud service, support delivery, partner management for maintenance service or similar

  • Proficiency with SalesForce contract and CRM management

  • Experience working with distribution and reseller channel

  • Good communication and collaborative skills, comfortable working across geographies

  • Fluent in spoken and written English


  • Graduate Degree ideally in Business Analysis, BIS, IT, Computer Science or analytical field
