We are looking for someone who has a love of gaming and desire to help cultivate community and build online excitement for Logitech G. In this role, you will be part of a committed group of gamers who drive our presence across social media to drive advocacy and adoption for Logitech G, one of the top brands in the gaming industry.

The person in this role will do a little of everything in support of our efforts across the digital landscape, with a special focus on managing affiliate relationships and responding to and engaging with our community.

Our ideal candidate is a self starter who takes active ownership of assigned activities and is equally as adept at managing the day-to-day implementation of a program as they are at compiling results and optimizing programs. They are proactive in both identifying gaps but also in proposing solutions that overcome those obstacles.

Your Contribution:

As our Digital Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Implementing program plans, execution and metrics

  • Ensuring the content creators we work with are in our affiliate program and have the links they need prior to activations to be successful

  • Track and respond to incoming DMs across our owned social properties

  • Support building and maintaining our online presence with influencers, community and at events

Your Skills:

  • Passion for the world of gaming

  • Interest in social media marketing and digital community building

  • Understanding of how gaming communities thrive

  • A knowledge of data driven decision making and ability to drive reporting and draw learnings from it

  • Excellent organizational and program management skills

  • Self-motivated, passionate and high energy level

  • Digital editing and content management skills sufficient enough to create social content for our channels (for example, creating supercuts of influencer videos for our channels)

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media, communications, community management, program management, or affiliate partnerships

  • Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships with a range of colleagues

  • Highly energetic, self-starter who takes initiative owning projects

  • Experience operating within the gaming industry either professionally or as a fan

  • An understanding of social media, affiliate management and the associated tools, technology and platforms including Airtable, Avantlink, Sprinklr, Crimson Hexagon, and Tableau.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong time management skills and ability to work independently to deliver on goals

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities without being overwhelmed

  • Collaborative, proactive and solutions oriented approach to work

  • Ability to make smart, thoughtful decisions to create content for and responses to the community and influencers that are on message and on brand
