Logitech AR/VR (Augmented / Virtual Reality) seed business group is an exciting new startup within Logitech working on solutions to enable people to transform how they work, create and collaborate in the exciting new paradigm of Spatial Computing.  We are seeking a passionate and highly dynamic Project Manager to join our team and help us shape the future and reimagine the way people interact with each other and their content and the world around them. You will be responsible for defining and leading a number of projects in our team, from quick sprints to full product (HW & SW) development and qualification.

The Role:

Project Manager is responsible for :

Supporting the technology & innovation pipeline by defining new experiences and driving the development of key technologies enabling those new user experiences, including both HW & SW.

Initiate, drive and plan front end user-centered design process, including research, innovation, prototyping, user testing and iteration, to deliver future concepts. 

Managing & Leading New Product Introduction (NPI) from early phase product definition to launch in Mass Production (MP).

  • Develop project Plans with clear scope, deliverables and milestones with teams, to deliver business, experience and technical objectives

  • Lead and energise cross functional multi-site teams to drive project momentum and outcomes

  • Ensure strong alignment and clear focus and communication within the team and external partners

  • Track and monitor performance to deliver project goals

  • Manage risks and changes in an agile dynamic environment to deliver viable solutions

  • Interface with wider Logitech organisation, as required to deliver integrated NPI

Key Qualifications

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team

  • 5 years experience as a Project Manager in HW

  • Ability to lead and manage complex technical projects from innovation/concept to stable mass production 

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast paced environment

  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively, to drive results

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and activities, driving cross-functional teams in a Global Environment

  • Clear demonstration of strong technical skills (EE, ME & SW) and system thinking

  • Independent and Critical thinking with analytic skills and a creative problem-solving mindset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to travel based on project needs


  • Formal Project Management training and certification (PMP or similar)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Some experience in projects where SW is a key component, proficient in Agile/SCRUM environments and methodologies

  • Experience in Design Thinking

  • Passion for Augmented / Virtual Reality
