Logitech sells almost exclusively through a channel of distribution, NSP, VAR, and SI partners. The Senior Manager of Americas Channel Marketing, Video Collaboration is responsible for building and executing a to and through-channel marketing strategy that drives revenue growth for Logitech video collaboration solutions.

Lead a team of talented channel marketers to drive revenue growth with target partners.
Design and execute programs that improve awareness and understanding of Logitech video collaboration solutions with sellers, engineers, and marketers within our channel partner organizations.
Design and execute channel marketing activities and events, including budget management, set-up, pre- and post-analysis (lift & ROI), and report results both internally and externally.
Work closely with stakeholders to develop, establish, and direct channel strategies, programs, and best practices.
Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
Develop metrics and measures to track share, progress, and results by account and partner type and provide these metrics and results to management on a periodic basis.
Build (and defend) a strategy for how the team will support specific channel partners to create a feasible, scalable approach.
Engage with partners and internal stakeholders at an executive level, working across virtual teams.
Act as a liaison to IT to advocate for the continuous improvement of the partner portal.
Act as a subject matter expert within the broader organization regarding the needs, requirements of the assigned channel segment, and how they provide benefit to Logitech.
Note: When travel restrictions allow, this role will involve 30%+ travel.
To be qualified for consideration, you must:

Have prior experience as a strong digital marketing strategist as evidenced by a record of quantifiable achievements.
Have 10+ years of experience in channel strategy, program management, and/or product strategy and management, including experience executing channel programs in the U.S., Latin America, and Canada.
Have a demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams effectively.
Be proficient at building partnerships across business groups within the organization that have potentially competing business objectives.
Be proficient in data, analytics, and reporting.
Be able to champion ideas and projects across the organization, building influence to drive team members towards the common objective of growing sales revenue in their channel and region.
Have a thorough understanding of financials, metrics, and market information, and the ability to identify trends, the reasons behind them, and new opportunities.
Have functional fluency in Salesforce.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Video conferencing and enterprise services background, as well as in-house marketing experience at a channel partner.
Previous experience establishing or evolving processes and best practices to ensure the effective use of MDF.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Oracle, Tableau, and PRM systems is a big plus.
Track record of effectively leading a team through change and/or rapid growth.
Experience working in a Google Workplace environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
