The Senior IT Business Analyst for Oracle Channel Revenue Mgt / Pricing is based in Logitech’s Cork Office in Ireland. The role encompasses strong functional and good technical Oracle E-Business skills as well as the ability to interface effectively with key business owners within Logitech’s Sales operations & pricing controllership organization to drive continuous improvement initiatives, project delivery, as well as ensuring the on-going stability of the existing Sales & Marketing, Operations, Pricing and finance systems are maintained.

  • Liaise with Oracle Applications counterparts globally across different teams
  • Manage application delivery projects across multiple functional areas within Sales Operations, Marketing and Pricing Design and build functional solutions in Oracle Channel Revenue Management
  • Build expertise in developing solutions to support Advanced Pricing, Qualifier, Modifier, Discounts, Surcharges, Pricing Hooks etc and its integration with other Oracle EBS modules
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives – take ownership and participate in projects which will ultimately result in the achievement of global standard processes
  • Work towards the achievement of KPI targets
  • Work with 3rd party technical support on technical issues (logging SR's) as and when needed

 

Key Qualifications:

 

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviours to our team:

  • Oracle Channel Revenue Management encompassing Budgets, Offers and Claim Processing;
  • Knowledge of the different seeded offer types and associated functionality including Lumpsum Offers, Sell In Accruals, Sell Through Accruals, Sell in Volume, Sell Through Volume, On Invoice Offers, and Indirect Special Price Requests;
  • Knowledge of key accounting events; offer creation and the generation of accruals, claim settlement and the reversal of accrual commitments and integration into modules such as Order Management for the integration of pricing;
  • Integration into Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables for Claim Settlement via Credit Memos and AP Invoices respectively;
  • Knowledge of point of sales integration and the generation of accruals for indirect customers such as retailers;
  • Knowledge of subledger accounting for the maintenance and troubleshooting of issues during the Create Accounting processes.
  • Proven and Recurring success in Oracle EBS 11i/R12+ in Oracle Advanced Pricing module, istore and Order Management across Implementation and Support.
  • Experience in creating Multi-Currency conversion setups in Advanced Pricing for various items
  • Hands on experience in customizing pricing qualifiers, modifiers and formulas
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle seeded API of pricing and its integration with other Oracle modules like Oracle EBS Order management etc.
  • Deep expertise in configuring and customizing  Oracle seeded and custom pricing API with other oracle EBS modules
  • Experience in Oracle workflows and WEB ADI tool including customization
  • Experience with Gathering requirements from business and mapping them into system processes and identifying gaps. Design and recommend solutions that fit with the existing system landscape. Conducting CRP & UAT sessions.
  • Experienced reading and writing basic SQL queries to manipulate data in Oracle EBS.
  • Able to learn existing customizations and quickly solve the problem and support users.
  • Gathering requirements from business and mapping them into system processes and identify gaps
  • Design and recommend solutions that fit with existing system landscape Documenting functional specifications
  • Knowledge on Sales, CPQ and marketing applications like Salesforce., etc. is a plus
  • Experience and Knowledge on composite applications integration is a plus (Example: Oracle EBS R12 and Salesforce application)
  • Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications

  • Proficient project management and collaboration tools like MS Projects or Asana

Education:

  • Degree in Business Information Sciences or Computer Science or Business Management (or equivalent work experience)
  • Certification in Project Management would be a plus
  • Fluency in English
