The Role:

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for activating, reporting on, and continually improving the performance of integrated marketing initiatives that are aligned with the objectives of the Director, Corporate Sales, and the Head of Video Collaboration Marketing, Americas.

  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the territory and inside sales representatives in the United States.

  • Proactively design an annual marketing plan that is refined quarterly including KPIs that are aligned with sales’ objectives.

  • Work with channel marketing managers to align on through-partner marketing initiatives that drive revenue through the channel partner with end customers.

  • Submit quarterly and ad hoc proposals for budget and manage the logistics of vendor payments and internal finance processes.

  • Understand how campaigns and messaging from centralized marketing functions need to be customized and localized for the mid-market and then quickly execute those customizations. 

  • Be knowledgeable about market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.

  • Bring your relationships with local vendors and marketing agencies to Logitech to scale, create efficiencies, and innovate in your marketing programs and tactics.

  • Understand the customer well enough to articulate our value to them at every stage in the buyer’s journey.

  • Support and extend the objectives and messaging of the broader marketing organization.

  • Success in this role is ultimately measured by your contribution to pipeline and revenue in territory/mid-market accounts in the United States.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Strong ability to gain buy-in and consensus through verbal and written communication.

  • Able to manage multiple projects at once, adjusting nimbly as business needs change, and prioritize the tasks most likely to advance the business towards the desired outcome. 

  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing, tactics that are effective, and how to track success.

  • A knack for analytical analysis that results in data-driven planning.

  • Equally productive working independently as you are as part of a team.

  • Experience running virtual and in-person events or representing an organization at third-party events.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated track record of 8+ years of successful field marketing.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • and Marketo experience are beneficial.

  • Experience in an organization in a similar industry to Logitech video collaboration.


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
