The Role:

 The Salesforce CRM & PRM Administrator will work as part of the CRM IT team to support and enhance the Salesforce CRM & Partner relationship management (PRM) implementation for Logitech B2B and Retail business groups.  This position will be located in Chennai, India.

  • Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute future releases

  • Serve as primary system administrator for the & PRM environment with 700+ users

  • Provide Tier 1, 2 and 3 support to the business users in case of Priority 1 issues with the Systems

  • Responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our platforms

  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks in our platforms

  • Develop dashboards, reports to meet business requirements

  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

  • Manage & PRM data feeds and other integrations

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 3+ years experience working in the IT industry as a administrator

  • Admin & Sales Cloud certified

  • Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred

  • Partner relationship management (PRM) experience is preferred

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality

  • Strong data management abilities

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments

  • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement

  • Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members

  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong customer service mentality


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
