Sales Enablement Curriculum developer
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and focused individual to join our expanding Logitech University training team as Unified Communications Curriculum Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and maintenance of highly technical training content, and provide our partners and internal support staff with the technical skills and knowledge required to design, implement and support Logitech's Unified Communications solutions.
Working alongside our global training team of instructors, and instructional designers, and working closely with Logitech's internal community of SME’s, the position will involve the creation of multi-format learning programs comprising of e-learning courses, ‘how-to’ videos, printed and/or electronic ILT documentation and self-paced lab guides.

The role of Unified Communications Curriculum Developer will be responsible for the creation of learning content using standard content development applications such as MS Office, Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.
Full training will be given on the Logitech products and solutions, but we would expect that the chosen candidate will be able to quickly learn new technology areas and be able to convert that knowledge into clear and effective instructional content.
Creating and maintaining new curriculum will require the successful candidate to work closely with Logitech's Sales Engineers and Support Engineers to understand, capture and disseminate complex technical concepts and working practices. Working as part of the training team, the Curriculum Developer will be supported in their development efforts by instructors, technical lab management staff and other CD’s to ensure quality, consistency and effectiveness of learning content.

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Qualified to degree level in IT/Communications technology or instructional design, educational technology
Qualifications in instructional design or learning delivery an advantage
Professional vendor certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco and/or Microsoft a distinct advantage
Proven working experience in instructional design
Strong Technical IT skills including data networking and Unified Communications
Professional documentation creation skills using Microsoft Office
Solid knowledge of course development software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate or similar
Proven working experience in technical writing, writing effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
Strong presenter with the experience of creating and delivering customized training
Technical skills in Unified Communications including Logitech / Microsoft / Cisco / BlueJeans considered a strong advantage
Must possess excellent written and verbal English language skills
Other languages will be advantageous
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and to convey them to others in an easily understandable way
Self-motivation and aptitude to learn new technology areas
Analytical, problem solver and keen attention to detail
A creative individual who can create engaging content for various different types of curriculum content
