  • Work closely with internal customers and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements.

  • Develop user stories, test plans and test scripts. 

  • Complete thorough testing of all new systems and system updates ensuring the quality and accuracy of Data.

  • Provide end User Support, troubleshoot issues and handle ad-hoc queries requested from business users.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports and interactive dashboards working with various tools including SQL, R and Tableau.

  • Provide user support for the advance planning System – Kinaxis Rapid Response.

  • Provide end user training on Rapid Response, development of training materials.

  • Champion Master Data accuracy and maintenance.

  • Identify improvement opportunities for current processes and systems.

  • Project Management lead on some small projects

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • Level 8 Degree in a related discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis/system support

  • Project Management experience and skills to run small scale cross functional global projects as a must

  • Past experience to scope, plan, monitor and bring projects to a successful completion
  • Experience in Rapid Response would be beneficial
  • Experience of Materials Requirements Planning desirable

  • Domain knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing or Supply Chain is necessary

  • Knowledge of database, reporting and visualisation concepts, querying, design, integration and ability to analyse large datasets efficiently. Proficiency in SQL, R as an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convince and influence.
