Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketplace
The Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketplace is responsible for developing, implementing and managing all activities in digital marketing, working with key partners. This includes planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns focusing on marketplace executions. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and it is part of the sales and marketing organization. You will partner with other key team members to support LATAM.
This role is based in Argentina but works with global partners, therefore english language is a requirement.

Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns focusing on marketplace executions.
Design and build our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (RoAs and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights like Nubimetrics for Mercado Libre.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal marketing team to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging social platforms.
Act as liaison between our marketing and customers marketing teams.
Partner with customers, agencies and internal partners, including sales team, to provide reporting and offer data insights.
Work with external agencies to write and create engaging emails tailored to our key segments.
Digital Project management across media, email, webinars, marketing campaigns and web as needed.

Previous experience with budget management
Ability to create and support relationships with customers
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the technology industry
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages
Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEMRush, MercadoAds, Google Campaigns Manager, FB Ads, etc.)
Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns on all major search engines
6-plus years in digital marketing or advertising/media experience working on brands with high-volume media output.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
