Logitech is looking for a dynamic, self driven Channel Marketing Manager (CMM)  who will be responsible for collaborating with the Logitech channel sales team and partner marketing leads to develop plans that will continue to drive accelerated growth of Logitech’s business solutions.  This candidate will play a key role in developing to and through marketing plans to increase attach, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities of a variety of Logitech product categories such as mice,keyboards and mobility solutions through Logitech’s NSP and distribution channels. 

This role will also spend (25% of their time) partnering with our Channel Education Sales team along with Logitech’s partner ecosystem to develop plans, execute on activities and measure outcomes which align to the needs of Logitech’s growth KPIs for this vertical. This role will require daily management and execution of channel marketing activities by partner including activities such as (but not limited to) campaign execution, online digital planning,  sales enablement, virtual/on-site partner trade show activities,  solution and NPI training and ad placement.

In this role you will:

  • Act as primary marketing liaison with the US/Canada channel B2B and EDU teams on marketing activities aligned to our our NSP and distribution partners

  • Collaborate with channel sales and partner marketing leads to evaluate plan and execute marketing programs and/or partner programs with channel and distribution partners

  • Uncover opportunities with partners to create bespoke marketing opportunities for Logitech to elevate our brand presence 

  • Work with NSP’s and distributors along with Logitech EDU sales team to identify opportunities to invest in activities that will drive revenue and opportunity to grow the base of EDU resellers selling Logitech while expanding the number of K-12 and higher ed institutions purchasing Logitech solutions to elevate the learning experience

  • Identify growth opportunity triggers aligned to Logitech priorities to drive revenue and expand the partner ecosystem 

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify new ways to launch NPI skus to accelerate time to market

  • Launch global marketing programs into the channel partner ecosystem

  • Work with the Logitech business group to share channel requirements for B2B specific marketing toolkits for existing and new products 

  • Create communication structure for marketing to channel partners and through channel partners

  • Provide quarterly updates on partner investment and results illustrating impact and ROI


Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum 7 years experience working with channel partners; developing, executing and tracking marketing plans

  • Partner marketing experience with NSP/DMRs required.  Experience working with distribution partners is desirable

  • A strong understanding and proven background of to and through channel partner marketing with channel sales enablement and engagement campaigns

  • Demonstrated success creating unique channel programs to accelerate revenue

  • Strong digital marketing background is required. Functional fluency in Salesforce and related marketing tools such as, Adobe Creative Suite is preferred

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to influence and work cross functionally with adjacent business groups 

  • Advanced desktop application skills with Google suite (or MS suite) of products

  • Self-starter with a creative mind, entrepreneurial spirit and get it done attitude
