The Jaybird MySound App is a market leader in its category and consistently earns 4.6 to 4.9 stars on iOS and Android. We are looking for a creative, dynamic Android engineer as part of our growing software team. In this role you will:

Be responsible for hands on design and development of Jaybird Android mobile applications which interface to Jaybird’s world class devices and cloud services

Work with firmware engineers to define and implement device to application interfaces

Provide technical leadership and domain expertise to internal and external QA engineers, assisting in test plan and test tool development to ensure highest quality in the released product

Work with Product Marketing team as needed to support marketing and sales needs from the mobile application


Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in CS, EE, CE or related discipline

5+  years of developing mobile applications in Android

Experience with Android SDK, Java

Fluent in C/C++ and objective C

Exposure to Agile development methodology with scrum sprints

Experience with Bluetooth a definite plus

Track record of building and sustaining Android applications with very high user ratings (>4.5 stars)

Track record of accurate software task resource estimation and on-time delivery

Prior experience working with multi-national, multi-disciplinary teams

Experience working in small, close-knit teams with aggressive development schedules

Passion for running or an outdoor sport a plus

Past experience as the primary or sole developer for one or more existing released Android applications a plus

Ability to travel to Logitech and ODM locations in the US, Taiwan, China, Europe
