The Role:

The Recruitment Project Manager is responsible for overseeing an upcoming recruitment project (RPO) at Logitech. Project management responsibilities include: the coordination and completion of the project and other responsibilities on time, within budget and within scope; overseeing all staffing related aspects of projects; setting deadlines with leaders and stakeholders, monitoring and summarizing project progress, preparing reports for upper management regarding status of hiring, forecasts, and issues.

The Recruitment Project Manager will oversee and drive our hiring manager education,

candidate experience, recruitment processes, reporting systems and compliance as it relates to this project. As a member or our Global Talent team, you will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners, People Services Team, Site HR Partners, and Total Rewards Team to create great experiences for both candidates and Logitech employees.

We are an open and collaborative team partnering between regions and other teams in

People & Culture to create offerings that are both global and inclusive, while integrating with other initiatives for a cohesive approach. 

Your Contribution:

  • Communicating with clients/stakeholders daily and/or adhering to the client communication expectation(s). (Mandarin and English proficiency are mandatory.)

  • Establishing a weekly contact/telephone call with internal stakeholders to discuss current account needs and strategic direction.

  • Communicating with hiring managers daily and/or adhering to the hiring managers' communication expectations.

  • Forecast anticipated hiring milestones.

  • Monitor RPO Service Level Agreements and notify leadership of challenges or discrepancies that need escalated.

  • Collaborate with TA and People Services teams to open requisitions when appropriate.

  • Manage offer generation and, when needed, make offers that matter.

  • Monitor sourcing pipeline(s) and discuss wins and challenges with RPO lead on a one-on-one basis frequently (normally weekly).

Develop and timely completion of client reporting including but not limited to:

  • Weekly/Monthly performance metrics (dashboard)

  • Quarterly project reviews

  • Post-project summary report

  • Pipeline reports

  • Ad-hoc reporting

  • Participate in resource alignment activities for account team including but not limited to interviewing, recruiting, and skill assessment.


  • 5+ Years Staffing Industry Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, coupled with high developed interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English

  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and set priorities within tight timelines and high client expectations

  • Ability to work independently and manage to objectives and results.
