Inside Sales Representative - Video Collaboration
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Logitech’s Video Collaboration products, solutions and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts.

Must close the sale on products, systems and/or services. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound and/or outbound sales activities.
Research, identify, qualify, prioritize, and track sales ready leads within a given territory
Manage inbound leads in a timely fashion, qualify prospects, and schedule qualified meetings tied to a geographic territory
Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture and qualify leads generated by sales and marketing campaigns
Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists and contacts within a defined territory
Generate sales-ready meetings and qualified leads for Account Executives using Logitech's qualification criteria.
Follow a strategy set by leadership and achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
Deliver presentations and demos highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of Video Collaboration
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and competition
Use and maintain Salesforce.com; provide metrics on leads; Leverage CRM and other tools to prospect into specific markets and verticals; Maintain detailed account profiles and lead progress.
Provide continuous feedback and open communication to ensure process and product optimization for sales, marketing and the Logitech organization
Work closely with the Marketing team to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
Consistently achieve targets to ensure territory revenue and growth objectives.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
3-5 years related industry experience
Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals
Excellent relationship building skills with a strong sense of curiosity. Possesses an innate ability to extract information and business requirement from prospects.
Tremendous time management and organization skills; Detail oriented and thorough.
Telemarketing/telesales/sales experience is preferred
Track record as a SDR achieving measurable inside sales goals using a CRM and sales automation tools in a modern sales environment

Education: 4 year University degree or equivalent experience
