Field Marketing Manager, Video Collaboration, Canada
The Field Marketing Manager, Canada is responsible for activating, reporting on, and continually improving the performance of integrated marketing initiatives that are aligned with the objectives of the Head of Video Collaboration Sales, Canada, and the Head of Video Collaboration Marketing, Americas.

Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the field, inside, and channel sales and engineering teams in Canada.
Proactively design a quarterly and annual marketing plan and KPIs aligned with sales’ objectives.
Work with our channel partners to design to and through marketing programs that increase our mindshare for Logitech within the partner, and ultimately drive revenue through the channel partner with end customers.
Submit quarterly and ad hoc proposals for budget and manage the logistics of vendor payments and internal finance processes.
Understand how campaigns and messaging from centralized marketing functions need to be customized and localized for the Canadian market, particularly in the public sector, and then quickly execute those customizations.
Be knowledgeable about market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
Bring your relationships with local vendors and marketing agencies to Logitech to scale, create efficiencies, and innovate in your marketing programs and tactics.
Understand the customer well enough to articulate our value to them at every stage in the buyer’s journey.
Support and extend the objectives and messaging of the broader marketing organization.
Success in this role is ultimately measured by your contribution to pipeline and revenue in Canada.

Experience running virtual and in-person events or representing an organization at third-party events.
Ability to work in a dynamic and high-growth environment.
Demonstrated track record of 8+ years of successful field and channel marketing.
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Salesforce.com and Marketo experience beneficial.
Experience with Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms such as Impartner also helpful.
Fluency in Canadian French is an advantage.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
