Legal Counsel, Asia Pacific (based in Hong Kong)
Logitech is looking for a talented attorney who is passionate about contributing to the development of a dynamic and innovative design-focused company. Part of a culturally diversified team, theLegal Counsel role reports to the Senior Legal Counsel, Asia Pacific, and interacts closely with team members in Asia and Europe. The role requires a high degree of organizational skills, proactivity and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and within the global legal department. In this role, you will work closely with sales & marketing and functional teams across the AP and EMEA regions to provide practical and commercially focused legal advice.

Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of time-sensitive commercial agreements, such as sales agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, reseller agreements, license agreements), and agreements relating to marketing, promotion and sponsorship activities.
Providing advice and counsel to business leaders and sales & marketing teams across the AP region.
Preparing form agreements. Establishing and streamlining processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
Coordinating brand protection and anti-counterfeiting measures.
Providing on-boarding and refresher training to employees in different AP locations on corporate policies, code of conduct, competition law, advertising law, etc.
Collaborating with functional stakeholders, including tax, finance, HR, supply chain and other internal teams.
Managing outside counsel.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
5 years of post-qualification and relevant in-house experience (ideally from the consumer goods sector) and/or experience working at a reputable law firm.
Knowledge of the laws of key AP jurisdictions.
Knowledge in competition law, consumer protection, marketing and advertising law.
Experience in labor dispute resolution.
Experience providing legal support in a multi-national culture across different time zones. Some travel may be required.
Admitted to the bar in a major jurisdiction.
Fluent in English. Knowledge of other AP languages is a plus.
